I was craving pork so I picked up some ribs when I was at the Dekalb Farmers Market. It was the first time I've made them in the new house so it was under an electric broiler. They came out very well.
I cut off the end to make fried rice. If I could remember to buy scallions, I'll make it tomorrow.
