That Pie Place

A new restaurant opened right next to the office -- within walking distance even. It's called The Pie Place and it serves both sweet and savory pies. We headed over one day for lunch to try it.

The concept is pretty interesting. They custom make each pie, piling in ingredients and then putting it into a novel pie press. Then they bake it. I got the cheesesteak pie.

The pie was pretty good. A little small, which I had heard, so I also got a bag of chips which were pretty lame.

Not really a keeper place, but worth going for the convenience. Still, I haven't been back.
