Dinner at General Muir

We had a stop near General Muir one evening, so naturally, it made sense to go there for dinner. :) Not that I was planning it. Really.

We started off with this kale salad with radishes, grapefruit, avocado, and green goddess dressing. It was pretty damn good though I don't think I could eat it every day as Josh said.

Then we got the chicken liver because it's so damn good. We did bring half of this home though.

I ordered the whole branzino, which came with a side of vegetables: cauliflower, greens, and lentils. Josh ate most of this, but it was a light balance to the branzino.

And the branzino itself. A little more heavily roasted/browned than when I make it, but tender and delicious.

There is nothing like getting a fish and returning a comically empty plate of bones. I love doing this.

Josh got the leg of lamb, which was sous-vided. Looks good.

And for dessert, the cheesecake. Deconstructed! I really like a deconstructed cheesecake. Delicious.
