We made it to market two weeks in a row. Greg from Heritage Farm emailed saying that he had just processed lambs and he had my order ready -- fresh. So we picked it up. Three racks, two packages of shanks, and then a package of ribs that looked pretty good.
We were hungry, so we spent the last of our cash on burgers for breakfast. This is the market burger, which came with H&F pimento cheese, arugula, and tomatoes. Pretty tasty.
