Saturday morning market

Well, we're both back in town the whole week for the first time in a while. I was alone at the market so maneuvering the bags was a little odd for me, but I worked it out in the end.

Here we have flat beans, cucumbers, and tomatoes all from McMullan Family Farms. And then there are some mushrooms from Indian Ridge. I think they are left over from last week, but it seemed wrong to not get more of them.

Here's the bulk of what I bought. Beets, zebra zucchini, and broccoli from McMullan Family Farms. From Indian Ridge, some lovely turnips, sunchokes, and a whole bunch of fresh ginger. (I had some of the ginger in the fridge, but I think my humid drawers made them all moldy, so I had to restock.) And then, from Planted Rock Farms, permissions and carrots.

It's quite a haul!
