Dinner at Taka

I know what you are thinking: another post about dinner at Taka? It's true. Taka dinners make me so happy.

Taka had posted about going uni crazy and he put together this app for us: uni on ankimo and toro. Yum! Three great things that go great together!

Negitoro don with pickled wasabi. Damn, that stuff is spicy! We usually share this as we did today.

And then, an uni'd-up sashimi omakase. Delicious! I finished up with an uni with quail egg, a great end to any meal.
