Dinner at Shoya Izakaya

Shoya Izakaya is one of our new favorite places to go. It's pretty close by, it's reasonably priced, and it's tasty. We've been several times in a short time-span. There is still so much to choose from on the menu.

We started off with the tako wasabi and some oshinko. The tako wasabi is a great way to start off the meal in my opinion.

For a second course, we got the tuna tartare which has some spicy miso sauce and quail egg. It was delicious. I can see getting this a lot.

For my main, I decided to get the chirashi don deluxe, which comes with miso soup. This was really too much food and probably one of the times I've been so hard-pressed to finish my food.

Although I have to admit that it was hard to compare of the quality of Taka. I think I will probably stick to certain sashimi here instead.

I got my shrimp head fried. It was so tasty.
