Some random stuff
This. This is a Farm Burger market burger at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market. I think they alternate weeks when they are at the market. This is a great breakfast. I heard they grill the burgers in lard. The market burger comes with a saute of mixed market vegetables on top. Who knew these things on a burger could be so awesome?
This is a blood orange salad I made when there was nothing else to make. Overall, it was pretty good!
And these duck legs. Duck legs are not as fast to cook as you might think. I roasted them using a James Peterson recipe for two hours on top of this red cabbage. Overall, not bad. We have more duck legs. I'm going to try sous viding them, I think.
