Cafe Sababa

We went to see The Avengers. Iron Man gets obsessed with sharwarma. Apparently, it has actually spawned a lot of interest in sharwarma. But, when we had finished at the Container Store and I was hungry, I really wanted sharwarma! I used my trusty google maps, and it recommended Cafe Sababa (cafesababa.net) which was pretty nearby. I called in an order and we headed home to pick it up. The food we got was okay, not great, but I could taste the promise in it. I read more reviews and they said that the lamb burger was awesome. So we headed back another night to try said burger.

So here's the lamb burger as it shows up. You have a choice of sides, and I opted for the tabbouleh, which is topped with a creamy lemony dressing that I favor over the sometimes harsh acidity of plain lemon juice. A little container of red pepper aioli comes with the burger. I'm not really a big fan of red peppers, but on this, it's awesome. I also recommend getting it with the feta.

The burger is cooked to order and juicy. Delicious. Well worth getting again and again.
