A colleague of mine has chickens. We've talked about his eggs before. He gave me a dozen, gorgeous eggs to enjoy. I can only hope to one day have the patience to have my own chickens.
My new camera and I are still fighting. All the pictures that use the flash are in focus. Everything else is not. So I've resigned myself to using the flash.
Our McMullan CSA came with the cherry tomatoes, pac choi, lettuces, carrots, broccli, and snap peas.
Dinner! Hangar steak. Roasted carrots and turnips. Parboiled, then smashed potatoes with olive oil and parsley. Salad with tomatoes and radishes.
