Steak n wax beans

Typically when we go to Star Provisions on a Saturday to buy meats and veggies, we try to eat meat that night since it has just been purchased. On 6/20, we split a hearty bone-in ribeye, had some purple wax beans, and some luscious organic tomatoes.

The pictures of the ribeye browning are just too beautiful to not share. The purple wax beans taste just like regular green beans really but they turn green when you cook them!
