Corned Beef Hash

Been cooking a little bit but pictures have been storing up on the camera with nowhere to go. Last week, I made corned beef with boiled potatoes and cabbage. And what does that mean? Corned beef hash on the weekend! Just cube up the corned beef and potatoes, fry up some onions, add the cubed leftovers, let brown for 15 minutes covered and untouched. And here it is!
