More meals

For dinner last night, I put out a spread. Shredded pork from the roasted pepper/tomato chipotle ribs and seared and sliced hanger steak. Honey chipotle 'barbeque' sauce from the ribs, roasted tomato and chipotle salsa, and tomatillo salsa. Grated Oaxaca cheese. Diced tomatoes, avocados, onions. Minced cilantro. Freshly made tortillas (not by me, purchased at the Buford Highway FM).

Tonight, we started with a salad of boston lettuce, tomato, and avocado and a cilantro vidalia onion dressing from Cindy's Kitchen. We love this salad dressing and find it at Whole Foods. I can only find this for her website which is rather lame, but out there at least. Also had a two-bone pork roast from Star (look, we're eating healthier!), roasted butternut squash (parboiled first) and garlic bread. I realize the garlic bread is a weird addition, but we bought that baguette at Star and I didn't think the rest would be filling enough.
