For dinner last night:
Seared duck breast with roasted sweet potatoes and baby carrots. Also, caesar salad.
Note: not those processed not-made-by-nature-rounded-end-carrots-in-a-bag but small (four-inch-long) carrots with their leafy tops still on purchased in a bunch from the local farmstand.
For breakfast today:
Lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Crispity-crunchity bacon.

What's this, then? You post a reference to something called "lemon ricotta pancakes" and you don't post a recipe or a link?

We really like the lemon zest but think amount of lemon juice is a little overpowering, so I used a little less lemon juice than the recipe calls for.
