J and I are frequent library visitors. I will often be found leaving the library laden with cookbooks. I often go through and will request books from the library that are not in their collection, and I have to say that the library is very accommodating in eventually purchasing these books!
I like to pre-"order" my books in advance so that they will travel from library to library and be ready for me when we go on Saturdays. In tonight's search, I've found that my library has on order both Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking, and Curing and Cooking By Hand. I am so excited! Both of these are on my "I want to buy but we are hard to find and expensive!" list. I really like to flip through my culinary books before I buy them.
