Delicious Chinese foods

I headed up to see my family in Connecticut for a few days and, naturally, we ate a lot of Chinese food.

This peking duck was at a local place in Hartsdale that my family goes to often. It turned out pretty well. They scraped all the fat off the skin, and clearly separated the skin from the meat. Well done.

Then my parents and I went into Queens for Imperial Palace. The crab rice was delicious as always.

Not to be outdone, the lobster with ginger and scallions was spectacular.

And some tasty oong choy, which I can't seem to get in Atlanta at all.
