Lunch

A co-worker and I had lunch together and she took me to an area of Sandy Springs that I had never seen before. We tried out a new Mediterranean place called Taziki. Never actually seen that spelling before but I figure they were going for something that was easy to pronounce.

I opted for the grilled lamb gyro with extra tzatziki. With a choice of sides, I opted for the potato salad.

Overall, it was pretty good but for $8, I was hoping that I would get more food. I probably could have eaten something else. Still, the amount of lamb I got was good. I would go back.

And then we headed to Flip Burger for a group lunch. The last time I was here, I wasn't impressed, and this time I wasn't either. Since I didn't like the cooked burger last time, I went for the steak tartare in a lettuce wrap which was very heavily peppered and not that great.

And for a side, I ended up with the caesar salad and it was pretty horrible also.

Everyone got shakes and they say it was so awesome but I couldn't bring myself to get one, already being disappointed with my lunch.

The next time they go, I'm passing.
