Christmas Greek salad


We were sick over the holidays, so there hasn't been a lot of cooking. For a quick dinner on Christmas, I threw together this salad: a ripe avocado in the fridge, ripe tomatoes bought on the vine, persian cucumbers, salty sheep's feta, red onion, and a vinaigrette of dried oregano, evoo, and red wine vinegar.
