Dumplings

Every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas, I spend all day making something Chinese. For the last four years, it's been spring rolls. However, last year was such a disaster that I decided to go with pork and shrimp dumplings.

So last night, I made a huge batch of stuffing stuff and we wrapped probably about 100 or so, eating 50 of em right out of the gate. Yum. Of course, we still have more stuffing for like another 100 so I have to run out and buy more skins tonight.

Now we have like 6 packages of single serving (15) dumplings in the freezer. Yum.
