Yeah, I could hear you from over here. "How much meat could she really have in the freezer?" A lot. It's all about the chest freezer.
This is what our current freezer inventory sheet looks like. It's nice and clean because I reprinted it recently. I just added in the Spotted Trotter stuff from today.
We also have, but I don't post, Sweet Savannah head-on shrimp, individually packed Patak bacon, and Pine St country sausage.
See? So I really do have a lot of meat to eat before we can start the Riverview CSA again.
Hm, even though they are all vacuum-sealed, I really should get started on that stuff from 2008 at least...
