One of j's favorite desserts at dim sum (and I admit that I like it a lot too) is dofu fa. If you are unfamiliar with dofu fa, you should check out wikipedia for a short desription and picture.
Dofu fa uses a special very soft kind of dofu that is scooped gently and then topped with a light, sweet, ginger-based sauce.
My culinary discovery this week is a dofu shop here in town that makes it fresh! So I'm toting a medium-sized container home to surprise j for dessert!
